Dosto aaj hum ek bahut he basic but useful software ke bare me
janane wale hai. Jiska naam hai ms excel. MS-Excel ek badiya software hai iska
use hum mathematical kam pure karane ke liye karate hai. To chaliye aaj hum
ms-excel ka introduction dekhate hai.
MS Excel Kaise Start Kare:
MS excel shuru karane ke liye pahale aapke pc me Microsoft office
install hona jaruri hai Microsoft office ka koi bhi version chalega jaise ms
office 2007, 2013 ya 2013. Mai yaha pe Ms Office 2013 use kar raha hu.
Start Button Pe Click Kare>> All Programs >> MS Office
2013 >> MS Excel 2013 Open kare.
Start Karane Ke bad aapko blank workbook pe click karana hai. Open
karane ke bad aapke samane kuch is tarah ki image dikhayi degi jaise niche
maine dikhaya hai.
MS Excel Ke Options:
Upar jo image hai usme maine option name ko highlight kiya hai use
hum ek ek karake janate hai.
1. Title Bar:
Title bar me aapko book1 name ka title dikhayi dega jab hum apni
file save karate hai tab waha pe aapko us file ka name dikhayi dega.
2. File Option (Ms Office 2013) / Office Button (Ms Office 2007)
Agar aap office 2013 use kar rahe hai to aapko file option dikhayi
dega aur ms office 2007 me office button dikhayi deta hai.
File button ka use file save karane ke liye, file open karane ke
liye, new file banane ke liye aur file ko print karane ke liye kiya jata hai.
3. Tabs:
Sabhi tabs ko milkar riboon kaha jata hai. Aapko home, insert, formula,
data, review aur view is tarah ki tabs dikhayi degi. Is tabs ka use different
purpose ke liye hota hai.
4. Worksheet:
By default jab hum workbook insert karate hai to usme worksheet
hoti hai jaise Sheet1 is tarah ki.
5. Name Box:
Name box me aapko ye dekhane ko milega ki aap kis cell me kam kar
rahe hai.
6. Formula Bar:
Formula bar ka use different formula use karane ke liye hota hai
jaise addition, multiplication etc.
7. Scroll Bar:
Scroll bar ka use page me upar niche aur daye, baye jane ke liye
kiya jata hai.
8. Zoom Option:
Zoom option ki madad se hum worksheet ko zoom kar sakate hai. Yaha
se aap worksheet ko 100,200,400 % tak zoom kar sakate hai.
MS Excel Me Rows, Columns Aur Cell Kya Hai?
Hume excel me rows aur columns me kam karana hota hai. Iskeliye hum
rows aur columns ko samajana padega.
Rows: Excel
me jo horizontal lines hoti hai use rows kaha jata hai niche screen shot me
dekhe.
Excel ki ek sheet me 10,48576 hoti hai.
Columns: Excel
me jo vertical lines hoti hai use columns kaha jata hai.
Excel ki ek sheet me 16384 columns hote hai. Aur columns ko alphabet
se represent karate hai. Jaise A,B….Z etc.
Cell: Excel me
rectangle box hota hai use cell kaha jata hai. Cell ka address column aur rows
ko milakar hota hai jaise D9, F28 etc.
To dosto ye to ho gaya excel ka introduction ab hum aage ki post me
